Team leader in the kitchens of the Presidency of the Republic, alongside Bernard Vaussion and Guillaume Gomez, Eric Duquenne has served the greatest of this world and behind the scenes at 55 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré have no secrets for him (or almost).
It is here, at the crossroads of the Big Media and facing the Ministry of Defense that he poses his knives to open his restaurant "Aux 3 Présidents".
